Youll ensure that purchases are made through the right suppliers on the right terms while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.Youll play a key role in supporting colleagues with purchasing processes, resolving invoice issues, and delivering accurate financial analysis that ensures correct cost recovery.As a Procurement Administrator, youll make a positive impact by:Providing purchasing advice and guidance to internal stakeholdersManaging purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesSupporting supplier onboarding and compliance with Serco standardsResolving invoice discrepancies and ensuring accurate paymentsAssisting with financial reporting, analysis, and cost recoveryDelivering training and support to end users on Sercos procurement systemsSerco is a place for youYou could be a great fit if you have:Experience in procurement, finance, or customer service with high transaction volumesStrong understanding of end-to-end purchasing and finance processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGreat attention to detail and accuracy when managing dataAbility to multitask and prioritise workloads effectivelyExperience using SAP or similar e-procurement systems (desirable)A collaborative, organised, and proactive approach to workIn joining us, youll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
