The Lead facilitates evidenceinformed analysis of data, identifies strengths and barriers, and supports school teams to implement targeted improvement strategies.The Improvement as Learning Lead focuses on enabling empowered leadership, promoting effective teaching, and creating optimal conditions for student learning and continuous improvement.
