When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.Department for EducationJob reference: 838503Location: 5000 - ADELAIDEJob status: Short Term ContractEligibility: Open to EveryoneAbout The RoleThe Improvement as Learning Lead plays a key role within a high performing team, delivering strategic project management to support the design, implementation, embedding and evaluation of the Improvement as Learning model across schools and preschools.In partnership with the Director, Improvement and Tailored Support, the Improvement as Learning Lead develops and nurtures collaborative relationships with school leaders, education directors, local education teams, and divisional leads. The Lead facilitates evidenceinformed analysis of data, identifies strengths and barriers, and supports school teams to implement targeted improvement strategies.The Improvement as Learning Lead focuses on enabling empowered leadership, promoting effective teaching, and creating optimal conditions for student learning and continuous improvement.
