As a privately owned and operated business, we prioritise safety and effective communication between management and employees. We have 60 staff operating and maintaining a fleet of transport and quarry equipment, and require drivers to operate Rear Loader Compactors and Flattop trucks to collect leftover materials and waste generated by trades and new home builders in new subdivisions throughout the Perth metro. Positions will initially be casual/full-time, with a view to permanency following a set probation period. Qualifications & experience Experience working in/around residential construction sites (preferable) Current HR Drivers Licence, White Card, Proactive Reliable, able to take directions, and physically fit Own reliable transport Australian work rights are required for this position Minimum 1+ years of rear loader compactor or flattop truck driving experience is required Tasks & responsibilities Operate our Rear loader Compactor truck or 8-tonne Flattop truck towing a single-axle machine trailer. Operate a mini articulated loader equipped with a rotating fork attachment to empty or load out IBC bins. You will be servicing small bins (IBCs) filled by trades with waste generated from new-home construction materials.
