Required Availability (Essential) We are specifically hiring team members who can work the following shifts: Weekdays: 4:30 AM 1:00 PM Please only apply if you are available for these early morning shifts. That includes: Conducting and recording pool water tests (pH, chlorine) & adjusting levels Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in pools, spas, saunas, steam rooms, changerooms & The Oasis Setting up for aqua classes & keeping rescue gear and first aid stocked Reporting and supporting maintenance needs across the facility Pitching in with the team to create a seamless, safe, and exceptional member experience What We Expect: You take ownership and follow through Youre proactiveyou spot things before others do You embrace feedback, adapt, and strive to improve You communicate clearly and support your teammates You caregenuinely careabout the impact you make every day Key Performance Goals (What Success Looks Like): Pool tests done on time, recorded, and water levels perfectly balanced Aquatic and recovery areas spotlessno member complaints All daily checklists completed and signed off Safety and maintenance issues reported immediately Youre known as the goto team player Required Qualifications: These certifications are essential for your safety and the safety of our members.
