Salary: $78,894.25 - $109,079.39 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave) Full-Time position based in Joondalup with flexible work arrangements Working for a leading Disability Service provider Join the team at Rocky Bay, a leading disability service provider, as a Behaviour Support Practitioner dedicated to making a profound impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. About the Opportunity The PositiveBehaviourSupport Practitioneris responsible forimplementing evidence-based, high-quality positivebehavioursupport assessment, intervention, and consultation services as part of a comprehensiveindividualisedsupport model. The role involves working with families/caregivers to develop a shared understanding of the individuals needs and to ensure an effective implementation of the positivebehavioursupport processes, to enhance the quality of life of the individual and their families/caregivers. Usesa range of approaches, resources, tools, and assessments to provide expert opinion and be responsive to unique situations to inform problem-solving and creative solutions to address individual needs. Evaluates the quality ofbehavioursupport plans, using NDIS-approved assessment Effective relationships are developed with peers and colleagues, including relevant external agencies. Ensureall relevant administration tasks relating to the role are completed ina timely,proficient,andaccuratemanner, including any employeeself-serviceadministration.
