Alcyone Group is seeking a Facilities Supervisor / Caretaker to assist with the day-to-day operations and presentation of a soon-to-be-completed residential building on the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the building''s facilities operations, coordinating contractors and ensuring the property is maintained to a high standard for residents and owners. This role would suit someone with experience in building caretaking, facilities supervision, or strata operations, and who enjoys taking pride in maintaining a property to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day operations and presentation of the building Supervise public area cleaning and ensure duties are completed Conduct routine inspections of common areas and building facilities Coordinate contractors, maintenance works and service providers Assist with tracking and reporting defects during the defect liability period Liaise with builders, contractors and service providers as required Respond to resident enquiries relating to building facilities Assist with coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs Maintain maintenance registers and building service records Carry out minor maintenance and repairs in common areas where required Assist with maintaining the overall presentation of the property Respond to after-hours building call-outs where required (in the absence of management) About You Experience in facilities operations, caretaking, maintenance or strata environments Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance works Strong organisational and problemsolving skills Ability to communicate effectively with residents, contractors and service providers A proactive and handson approach to building operations Experience working in new buildings or defect liability periods (highly regarded) Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg Secure fulltime role with a growing management company Great team culture and autonomy onsite Uniform and equipment provided Longterm opportunity with future internal career growth How to Apply Click APPLY NOW to submit your CV and a brief cover letter.
