Founded in 2017, Axis Mineral Services Pty Ltd (Axis) specialise in mobile crushing & ore sorting services for all requirements in Mining, Milling, Processing and Civil applications. Axis are currently running crushing circuits, ROM Management and general site works operations across a number of projects in the Goldfields regions, within the Mining and Civil Construction sectors. We have opportunities for experienced HD Fitter - Mobile Crushing to join our rapidly growing business in both FIFO and residential positions, based in Kalgoorlie and the Northern Goldfields. Working with a personable and relatable leadership team who recognise and reward highly skilled people that contribute to the success of the business To be successful in this role, you will possess: Nationally recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate; Experience working on mobile plant equipment (Terex Finlay, McCloskey, CAT and Komatsu equipment preferred); Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air systems; Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to work safely; Good time management and work prioritisation skills; Ability to work in a team; Valid WA Manual C Class Drivers Licence; Ability to pass a pre-employment medical; Have or be able to obtain a National Police Check Responsibilities of the role: Complete scheduled repairs including component change outs and preventative maintenance; Perform inspections to assess and scope defects accurately and timely; Complete tasks efficiently, use initiative and seek opportunities to improve practices and reduce costs; Work and communicate effectively with other team members to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines.
