Job Description With your experience, create an impacton our guests in this handson and detail orientated role. This role will appeal to locals as staff accommodation is not available. Please note: Mildura Riverside Holiday Park is not in an eligible location to be counted towards WHM visa days. Are you an experienced Handyperson who enjoys making a real difference? In this fulltime role, youll be part of a hardworking, closeknit team, reporting to the Park Manager. Your problemsolving skills and handson maintenance expertise will help keep our park, cabins and sites safe, welcoming and wellmaintained for our guests. This includes taking pride in the presentation of our grounds through regular gardening, lawn care, mowing, landscaping and general outdoor upkeep to ensure the park looks its best yearround. Youll have the flexibility to work across a 7day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays as required. What youll do: Incidental maintenance repairs in rooms, amenities and other facilities. Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs - painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware. Upkeep of grounds and gardens Pool cleaning and maintenance Willingness to assist in reception and housekeeping during peak times What youll bring: A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests Good time management and an eye for detail An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations Demonstrable experience in property maintenance and gardening. Experience with power tools The ability to work under pressure Knowledge and understanding of safe working procedures Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a reasonable level of fitness Whats in it for you?
