The Opportunity We''re seeking a Clinical Lead to: Provide leadership, guidance and direction to a team of Nurses in our Community Nursing /In-Home Nursing Service (IHNS) who provide high-quality clinical care to clients of all ages within their homes. Oversee the assessment, planning, and implementation of personalized care plans Provide expert advice to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and support to maintain their independence and quality of life Contribute to service development and continuous improvement. This is a part time position for 3 days per week on a maximum term contract until June 2027. About You Current AHPRA Division 1 as Registered Nurse and at least 3 years of experience providing excellent clinical care as an RN At least 2 years of experience in community-based aged care services At least 2 years of leadership experience and providing clinical direction and guidance to others Proficiency in clinical documentation and record-keeping This role requires a CPR Certificate, WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. You do not need to have these now but must be willing and able to obtain if successful.
