Beak Engineering (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Installer - Leading Hand to join our team in our O''Connor WA factory. Ausnets specialise in design, manufacture, and installation of custom designed netting structures for sporting, mining, industrial, domestic and defence applications. This is a handson role, required to assist with all aspects of production, including netmaking, fabrication, post and net installation, repairs and maintenance. What you''ll be doing To be a contributing member of the production team, including netmaking, fabrication and installations, including remote installations. Read and interpret installation plans, technical drawings, and work orders. Supervise the daytoday operations of the production team, including netmakers, fabricators and installers. Liaise with customers, site managers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure job expectations are met. Inspect and approve completed jobs to ensure they meet company and client specifications.
