We are seeking a motivated Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our growing Private Clients team. About the Role As a Consultant / Senior Consultant , you will work closely with Managers, Directors and Partners on a diverse range of consulting and compliance engagements. You will gain exposure to complex client matters while building trusted relationships with a broad portfolio of clients including high-net-worth individuals, family groups and emerging businesses. This role offers the opportunity to be involved across the full lifecycle of client engagements, from preparing financial and taxation compliance work through to supporting advisory projects and strategic client outcomes. You will benefit from direct mentoring from senior leaders, handson client exposure, and structured professional development designed to accelerate both your technical and professional growth. What Youll Do In this role, you will: Prepare income tax returns, reconciliations and activity statements for a range of entities including companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related compliance obligations Support the delivery of tax advice across areas including corporate tax, capital gains tax, Division 7A and trust taxation Work collaboratively with Managers and Partners across client engagements and advisory matters Develop strong client relationships by delivering high-quality work and responsive service Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment What Youll Bring Experience preparing tax compliance work for a range of entity types Exposure to business and high-net-worth client groups A sound understanding of key taxation concepts including corporate tax, CGT, Division 7A and trust taxation Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development CA studies commenced or planning to commence Why were the right fit for you The opportunity to be part of a new Professional Services firm that will redefine what is possible.
