Branch Manager - Home Care (HCP) - Mat Leave 12 month contract Melbourne Full-time Compensation: AUD 100,000 - AUD 105,000 - yearly Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia''s largest specialist healthcare workforce provider. As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of HCA''s homecare operational performance across Victoria. Youll be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and help scale our services in line with client needs and regulatory standards ensuring that care is delivered efficiently, safely, and with compassion. Youll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery, drive business growth, and enhance client satisfaction. This is an exciting leadership role where strategy meets handson delivery. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing daily operations and performance across Care Management, Clinical, Rostering, and Service Delivery teams in addition to: Lead workforce planning and development to ensure a capable, highperforming team Manage financial performance and support the achievement of regional budget goals Champion HCAs values and behaviours while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement This is a 12 month maternity leave contract, based in Melbourne. Lets talk about you! This opportunity suits someone who can inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, personcentred care. Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience: Proven management experience and skills, ideally from the Home Care or Aged Care industry. Must have experience with direct reports, recruitment, workforce allocation, or healthcare operations, and a strong understanding of KPIs and reports. Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and home care operational models. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and business metrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
