Certifications & Assurance Partner Hobart (preferred) or Sydney | Hybrid | Full-time The Opportunity Join Tassal and play a key role in supporting the sustainability certifications and assurance programs behind Australias leading salmon producer. Based in Hobart (preferred) or Sydney, this role partners with stakeholders across the business to ensure Tassal continues to meet globally recognised sustainability standards while strengthening internal audit, compliance and assurance systems. If you enjoy translating standards into practical business outcomes and working closely with teams to embed best practice, this is an opportunity to contribute to a business committed to responsible aquaculture and sustainably feeding tomorrow. About the Role Reporting to the National Systems Manager - Assurance, you will support Tassals sustainability certification and assurance programs across the business. Key responsibilities include: Supporting sustainability certification programs and audit readiness across operations Coordinating internal audits and risk-based assurance activities Partnering with stakeholders to identify and close compliance gaps Supporting modern slavery risk assessments across the supply chain Working with suppliers and service providers on certification requirements Contributing to continuous improvement of assurance systems and processes This role plays an important part in maintaining Tassals licence to operate and access to global markets through strong certification and assurance outcomes. About You You are organised, curious and enjoy working with others to translate standards or requirements into practical business processes. You are comfortable building relationships with stakeholders and are interested in supporting continuous improvement across the business.
