At Centurion, you will actively and strategically hire people for a wide range of operational bluecollar positions. The ideal candidate for this demanding and fulfilling position would be someone who is eager to advance their career in internal recruitment and who values professionalism, teamwork, and having fun at work! Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of bluecollar recruitment while adhering to best practice protocols. Remaining focused on continual improvement of your craft. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and providing effective recruitment solutions. Staying up to date with events and issues impacting the transport industry. Attending interviews to assist the hiring manager in making the best hiring decisions. Creating and maintaining talent pools to allow for a proactive approach to filling vacancies. Providing excellent hiring manager and candidate care through professionalism, attention to detail and effective communication. Actively contributing to the Recruitment team, being a team player at all times. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, dynamic recruitment environment. Experience in a similar industry, while not essential, will be highly regarded. Proven track record in effectively recruiting in a bluecollar environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong time management skills. Demonstrated ability to uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures. Ability to proactively source candidates and build talent pools. A strong track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
