As Senior Manager, Line 1 Risk supporting **BOQ Specialist and Business Bank Productivity**, youll play a pivotal role in turning that belief into everyday practice. This role is offered as a **12month fixed term contract**, making it ideal for someone who enjoys stepping into meaningful, highimpact work and driving outcomes with pace and purpose.Sitting at the heart of the business, youll partner closely with product, credit, operations and leadership teams to help them navigate complexity with confidence. Youll provide trusted advice, insight and constructive challenge across operational, regulatory and conduct risk, ensuring first line accountability is strong and aligned to the BOQ Group Risk Management Framework.Rather than operating at arms length, youll work alongside the business, enabling safe decisionmaking while supporting momentum, efficiency and innovation.Youll also play a key role in strengthening risk capability and culture. Through coaching, education and proactive engagement, youll help teams better understand risk, embed effective controls and respond thoughtfully to emerging issues. As change and productivity initiatives progress across BOQ Specialist and the Business Bank, youll represent Line 1 Risk, bringing an endtoend lens to new ways of working and helping ensure changes are implemented safely and sustainably.This is a role for someone who enjoys influence without authority, values collaboration, and wants to make a genuine impact on how risk is understood, managed and lived across a complex financial services environment.### About youYoure someone who brings clarity to complexity and calm to ambiguity.
