Overview We are a wellestablished business focused on retail and commercial projects, with more than 35 years in the market and 9 office locations across Australia, NewZealand, the United Kingdom, India and Brazil. We are looking for a technically talented Senior Architectural Technician/ SeniorRevit Documenter to join our team in Perth (and/or Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane). This is a permanent, fulltime role for someone with a strong understanding of architectural documentation in Revit and the ability to liaise with multiple internal and external clients across Australia and NewZealand. Responsibilities Produce highquality construction documentation using Revit (AutoCAD experience is also highly regarded). Liaise with internal and external clients across Australia and NewZealand, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Take projects from townplanning phases through to full architectural documentation, with a solid understanding of building construction, the BCA and site surveys and measurements. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment. Prioritise and manage workload, meeting deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality. Qualifications 510years experience working on retail and commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction in the commercial sector. Proven ability to produce highquality construction documentation using Revit. Confidence taking projects from planning through to full documentation. Positive attitude, strong teamwork and communication skills. Excellent timemanagement, proactive and selfmotivated. Drive to learn, open to new ways of working and commitment to quality. Relevant degree or qualification in architecture or a related field. Proficient in MSWord, MSExcel and a current drivers licence. Fluent with Revit and highly competent in AutoCAD.
