Together with our service division, Mr Goodair, we work hand in hand with HVAC&R suppliers, consultants, contractors, dealers and end users to ensure we can provide the best possible products and service. Due to further expansion, we are currently seeking the services of a committed fully qualified and experienced air conditioning technician to lead our team for the service, maintenance, warranty and commissioning of our broad range of HVAC&R equipment. This is a diverse role which requires both residential and commercial acumen in air conditioning and refrigeration to deliver repairs, maintenance and product support in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Diagnose malfunctions, faults and breakdowns of the machinery and perform necessary repairs following all building codes, blueprints, instructions, and manuals. Commissioning of VRF systems, chillers, heat pumps, variable speed drives and controls. Warranty support of a diverse range of systems & equipment with full training provided. Contribute to the teams performance, training and capability by providing quality workmanship and leadership. Maintain and enhance relationships and communication with both staff and customers, identifying opportunities for further growth. Provide technical support to the Sales Team when required. Work in a safe manner abiding by the company policy.
