The position is funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council Centre for Research Excellence on Shaping Markets for Health Equity. Qualifications Ph.D. in public health, social sciences or other relevant discipline, and publication experience Experience Strong understanding of social and commercial determinants of health, including the political economy shaping population health, equity, and consumption patterns. Demonstrated experience conducting critical literature reviews and analysing government policy, services, and public policy documents using electronic research tools. Proven ability to design and implement qualitative research, including ethics applications, interview-based data collection, and qualitative data analysis. Track record of producing high-quality academic outputs, including writing for peer-reviewed journals and communicating research effectively in academic settings. Excellent organisational and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage priorities, meet competing deadlines, and contribute effectively within a research team with limited supervision.
