The Comorbidity Clinician will be responsible for: Providing clinical, integrated treatment services to individuals within the AIM team at Nuriootpa and Gawler (Willaston). Planning and implementing assessment and treatment services Liaison and consultation with Peer Practitioners, other Sonder AOD programs, General Practitioners, and other professional employees Participation in individual and group supervision, and attendance at team meetings and external meetings Group program development and implementation where appropriate and necessary Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years supervised experience in the area of AOD, Mental Health and/or Comorbidity (AOD & MH) A minimum of 2 years relevant professional development and /or supervision. Experience in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy, recovery orientated interventions, harm minimisation interventions, and other evidence-based mental AOD & Mental Health interventions. Experience in care coordination in an AOD, Mental Health and/or Primary Care setting Experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities, Older persons, Families, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and LGBTIQ+ Communities Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment Qualification and Other Requirements: Current Drivers Licence Current or willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check (WWCC) Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC) Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training.
