About the Role Step into a leadership role where your impact is immediate and meaningful. As our Team Leader Housing Support & Linkages, youll guide a passionate team delivering personcentred support across our over25s housing, homelessness, and community wellbeing programs. Youll work directly with individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, tenancy instability, social isolation, or financial hardship, helping them find safety, connection, and stability. Youll lead programs that make a tangible difference in peoples lives, including assertive outreach for those sleeping rough, tenancy support to prevent eviction, community reconnections to strengthen networks, flexible support through the Outreach and Assistance Program, and access to safe, no-interest loans via NILS. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine leadership with frontline practice, building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and shaping innovative services that transform lives every day. Do your skills include Demonstrate an understanding of homelessness and tenancy program delivery and their roles in the broader service system. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to facilitate a team approach to achieve service objectives. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the appropriate legislation, case management practice, and the ability to adhere to policy and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to demonstrate experience in liaising with a diverse range of clients. Ability to lead program delivery within partnerships with external stakeholders. Are your credentials A minimum qualification of a sector recognised and accredited Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Welfare Work or equivalent. (Qualifications must be approved by recognised professional bodies: ie. AASW, Community Services Council, APS etc.) A current Drivers Licence and willingness to drive both locally and regionally if required.
