Youll support a community-based NDIS caseload, working with participants of all ages. The Clinical Supervisor will have a reduced case load as mentees come on board, providing structured supervision. The environment is collaborative yet autonomous, with systems in place for remote communication and support. Strong documentation, behaviour support plan development, and ethical practice are core to the role. The team values high-quality, person-centred practice and growth. Interviews will begin soon, with the potential for a secondary leadership meet-and-greet.
