Rehabilitation Consultant - Psych / Social Worker / Rehab Counsellor Support people to rebuild confidence, independence and hope. Every day, people recovering from injury or illness need support and guidance to take important steps forward. As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, youll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most. Expect your day to be full of variety and real impact where youll: Assess clients rehabilitation needs following injury or illness physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations. Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then codesign and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans. Manage cases end-to-end: coordinate with workplaces, healthcare providers or insurers, monitor progress, adjust plans, and support sustainable outcomes. Provide expert advice ergonomic, workplacemodification, functional capacity or returntowork based on your clinical specialism. Build relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders: clients, their treating practitioners, employers, insurers helping bring everyone together around a shared goal of recovery and reintegration.
