Our team conducts a wide range of research studies, with plans to broaden our services to additional medical specialties across the hospital. Reporting to the Manager of the Clinical Trials Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of allocated clinical trials.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee assigned clinical trials from initiation to completion.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinical investigators and hospital departments.Ensure all clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.Support participant engagement, including recruitment, screening, and follow-up.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all trialrelated activities.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:A degree qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related research discipline.Experience in conducting clinical trials or clinical research, particularly in oncology or rheumatology (highly regarded).Proven ability to work effectively with busy clinical professionals and manage a dynamic, timesensitive workload.Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks.Knowledge of Australian legislation and guidelines related to human research ethics and governance (preferred but not essential).Whats in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programmes.
