Exploration Geologist and Senior Field Assistant Roles Investigator Silver is a South Australian based near term developer and mineral explorer. The company currently is in the process of formulating a mining lease application for its flagship Paris Silver deposit following on from a robust Definitive Feasibility Study and maiden ore reserve released in February 2026. With a JORC compliant resource of 57Moz of silver, and maiden probable reserve of 33Moz, current priorities are derisking and rapid advancement of the project into development as one of Australias only primary silver projects. The company is well funded having raised $55M on the back of the DFS and ore reserve outcomes, in addition to existing cash holdings. Work for the remainder of the year will see significant expenditure on near deposit exploration and resource extension and derisking, in addition to advancing the broader regional exploration via drilling and development of a targeting pipeline aimed at near term discovery opportunity. To support this significant level of work, the company is seeking to recruit an additional suitably experienced and motivated exploration geologist in addition to a senior field assistant. Roles are based from Adelaide, South Australia with field programs conducted on a campaign basis, primarily located at the Paris exploration camp. Exploration Geologist Reporting to the Senior Project Geologist, the Exploration Geologist will, in conjunction with other members of the geological team, ensure that exploration programs are completed safely and at the highest technical level. The role will support exploration and resource drilling at Paris as well as prospects surrounding the deposit. Additional opportunity exists to contribute to meaningful forward programs at Paris and in the design and testing of regional targets over the companys tenure. The candidate will be integrated into a current team of 4 experienced and motivated geologists with a desire for exploration success and supported by technical consultants. Exposure to micromine, datashed and qgis will be advantageous, with training in use and application of the company''s Safety Management System provided. Degree qualified, you will have experience with RC and diamond logging along with knowledge of volcanic and epithermal style systems. 2-4 years experience ideal, although candidates will be considered based on desire and cultural fit we dont mind mentoring the right person. Senior Field Assistant Reporting to the Senior Project Geologist, the Senior Field Assistant will provide support to the geological team throughout field exploration activities in addition to supporting other activities related to project development as they may arise. The role requires broad experience across the exploration stages, from knowledge of early exploration activities (soils, geophysics) through to experience with larger stage drill programs. The role will assist in ensuring all contract field crew are inducted, suitably trained and mentored during exploration such that sampling activities are undertaken in accordance with developed procedures, and incorporate high safety oversight. The role will include logistical aspects to ensure the Paris camp is maintained and operated efficiently and that field activities are well resourced. Given development activities this role offers opportunity to expand experience to diverse aspects including environmental, pre-construction studies and other related activities. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical or maintenance aptitude, strong field experience and exposure to safety systems and South Australian safety legislation. Whilst oversight and logistical aspects are required, the candidate will be expected to lead by example, actively integrating into field activities in order to motivate contract labour and support geologists.
