We are now seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in Western Australia. As the Regional Sales Manager (WA), this is a high-autonomy role focused on capturing market share through a blend of strategic business development and high-level account management. You wont just be selling products; youll be providing engineered scaffolding solutions, managing projects from initial tender through to successful delivery, and ensuring our "quality-first" promise is met at every site. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities across WA while nurturing and expanding our existing Tier-1 client base. Technical Solutions: Quote and estimate complex scaffold projects directly from plans, ensuring technical accuracy and commercial viability. Project Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to AT-PACs exacting standards. Strategic Growth: Identify market drivers and develop sales strategies that align with both local and global business objectives. Reporting & CRM: Maintain a high level of administrative discipline, submitting weekly/monthly KPI reports and managing a robust sales pipeline. Qualifications To be considered you must have: Proven experience in Management-level Scaffold sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Knowledge of the Resources, Commercial, and Infrastructure markets in Western Australia. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint) and experience with CRM platforms. A current Drivers License, own transport and white card. A sound technical understanding of Ringlock scaffold systems is highly advantageous.
