Material Handler / Shop Floor Helper Location: Somerville, NJPay: $17/hr to start with fast advancement into the $20s within 3045 daysShift: Training on 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, then transition to 8:30 AM 5:00 PM About the Role We are looking for motivated and dependable Material Handlers / Shop Floor Helpers to join our production and warehouse team. This entrylevel position supports daytoday operations by moving materials, assisting machine operators, preparing products for shipment, and helping keep the shop running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to start a career in manufacturing or the metals industry. No experience is requiredfull training is provided with clear pathways to higherskilled, higherpaying roles.
