NDIS Behaviour Support | Complex Practice QLD | Hybrid Work Options Sunshine Coast | Toowoomba | Brisbane Salary: $85,000 $110,000 + Super (depending on experience) Contracting opportunities available for Advanced and Specialist Practitioners Work with complex behaviour, strong clinical supervision, and a team that values ethical Positive Behaviour Support. Our practitioners are supported through: Structured supervision and mentoring framework Access to BCBA / CBA supervision Collaborative peer consultation and case discussions Administrative and systems support Caseloads designed to ensure practitioners can deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support rather than volume-driven report writing About the Role This role involves providing NDIS Positive Behaviour Support services to individuals with complex needs across disability and community settings. Responsibilities include: Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments Developing Behaviour Support Plans aligned with NDIS requirements Supporting the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices Working collaboratively with families, support teams and stakeholders Facilitating care team meetings and providing consultation and training Monitoring outcomes and adjusting intervention strategies Maintaining clear and accurate documentation in line with NDIS standards Our practitioners often work with complex disability, mental health and justice-related presentations. About You You are a compassionate practitioner who is committed to ethical Positive Behaviour Support and improving the lives of people with complex needs. You will ideally have: Endorsement as a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework (Core registration will be considered with a minimum 2 years experience) Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and co-occurring diagnoses Strong skills in Functional Behaviour Assessment and Behaviour Support Plan development Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills A commitment to person-centred and trauma-informed practice Experience working in complex disability, forensic, justice or mental health settings will be highly regarded. Relevant tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Criminology, Education or related field) Experience working within the NDIS environment NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Current drivers licence and registered vehicle We also welcome enquiries from Advanced and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioners interested in contracting arrangements with our specialist team.
