Champion food safety by following best practices and ensuring every dish meets top standards. Create a welcoming space by keeping tables and dining areas clean and inviting. What You''ll Bring Required - Food Safety Certificate (completed in the last two years) - See Do Food Safely (VIC Resorts) or Do Food Safely (NSW Resorts) Required - A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - See RSA Certificate of Completion (VIC Resorts) or NSW Competency Card (NSW Resort) Neat and professional presentation, including a clean uniform.
