We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our national HR team based in Perth on a fulltime basis. The Role: This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to further develop their career within a dynamic operational environment. The position supports both national work and operational business units by providing professional HR advice and delivering key HR initiatives. Overview of Duties: Provide professional HR advice, support and coaching to operational managers and employees. Assist with the interpretation and application of industrial instruments including Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation. Support the management of employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, investigations, and performance management. Assist with the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the business. Prepare monthly and ad hoc Group HR reporting requirements. Support operational leaders in workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding activities. Maintain HR systems, processes and employee records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Coordinate and contribute to learning and development initiatives across operational teams. Manage and promote the companys employee benefits and recognition platform, including administration of the program. Requirements & Skills: A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Human Resources Advisor role (preferably with experience in an industrial / blue collar environment). Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable). Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements. Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009. Experience managing employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
