The Opportunity You will lead all financial operations across the group, providing clear commercial insight that supports profitability, resilience and growth while partnering closely with operational leaders across the business. Key Focus Areas Include Financial strategy, planning and forecasting aligned to business growth Executive financial reporting, analysis and decision support Project financial oversight including margins, cost-to-complete and contract performance Cashflow, funding relationships and capital management Risk, compliance and financial governance Strengthening systems, reporting capability and financial visibility About You Youre a commercially minded finance leader who thrives in project-driven environments and enjoys being both strategic and operationally connected. You Will Likely Bring Senior finance leadership experience (construction or project-based industry highly regarded) Strong understanding of project financials costing, contracts, billing and margins Exceptional commercial acumen and analytical capability Proven leadership presence with executives, boards and stakeholders Ability to build strong teams and influence performance outcomes Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, will be highly regarded.
