Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Chef to join our team in an on-site full-time capacity at our Queensland, Australia location. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Daily tasks include meal planning, cooking, food presentation, sourcing fresh ingredients, and adhering to health and safety standards. The Chef will also manage stock levels, contribute to menu development, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and team members. Qualifications Culinary skills: Expertise in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation Menu planning and execution: Experience in creating and customizing menus to meet dietary requirements Kitchen management: Proficiency in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Food safety and hygiene: Knowledge of health standards, food handling protocols, and compliance with safety regulations Time management and teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively Strong communication and organizational skills Formal culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are highly advantageous Prior experience in a similar role, with a focus on diverse menu styles and high-volume food preparation #J-18808-Ljbffr
