This position involves handson support, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Due to the personal care needs and expressed preferences of the participants, this role has an inherent requirement for male support staff. This ensures that care is delivered in a manner that respects the dignity, comfort, cultural considerations, and privacy of the individuals receiving support.What we are looking forCertificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.Demonstrated experience in manual handling, personal care, and managing complex behaviours.Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.Sound computer skills, including the ability to work with a variety of software programs.Valid Drivers License, NDIS Worker Screen Clearance, Police Clearance, and evidence of the right to work in Australia.Experience working with male clients in a support capacityMental Health experienceAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.Why Join Us?Amazing People:Work alongside a team of passionate and supportive colleagues who truly care about the people they support.
