Location: Darwin CityEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $66,000 $73,000 per annum plus superannuation Argus Accommodation in the Northern Territory is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team on a full-time basis. Key Duties Clean and service guest rooms to a high standard Make beds, replace linen and replenish guest amenities and supplies Vacuum, mop floors, dust furniture and clean bathrooms Maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas including hallways and shared facilities Remove soiled linen and dispose of waste appropriately Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly Store and use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner Complete housekeeping worksheets or service records accurately Work cooperatively with housekeeping, reception and maintenance staff Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times Perform other duties within the scope of the role as directed Skills and Experience Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality or a similar role Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic English communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Personal Attributes Reliable and punctual Honest and responsible Well presented with a friendly and professional manner Flexible and able to adapt to operational needs Able to take pride in the quality of work performed Working Hours and Availability This role operates on a rotating roster.
