The Role We are seeking a passionate Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team in our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial matters within your areas of expertise (e.g., shareholder/company disputes, breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency, defamation, insolvency). Experience in other commercial areas will be advantageous. What We''re Looking For Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA Skills: Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills Why Join Us?
