Senatra is an AI company building support services for people navigating some of life''s most complex and emotionally demanding moments. We are early stage, growing quickly, and building something that genuinely matters. We are located in Hampton, Melbourne, 3188. The Role This is a founding content role where content is core to the product not a support function. You will own and scale our knowledge base the verified, expertly reviewed content library that powers our AI system. Everything our system says to the people who use it starts with what you write and govern. This is not a content marketing role. You are building a structured, governed knowledge base that an AI system draws on in real time. In the first six months, the majority of your time will be spent writing and governing content. The operational and leadership components grow as the knowledge base and team scale. We want someone comfortable doing the work before managing it. What You Will Do Own the knowledge base write, commission, and manage structured content across multiple domains Manage the full content lifecycle from brief through expert review, testing, and publication Build and maintain the governance framework that keeps content accurate and current over time Define quality standards and own the testing process that verifies content before it reaches users Lead and grow a small content team Content Writer and Content QA Collaborate closely with our Lead AI Architect on content structure and system performance What We Are Looking For Exceptional writing ability clear, warm, plain English for people under pressure Experience in a complex, regulated, or high-stakes content environment health, aged care, legal, financial, or similar Strong systems thinking comfortable with structured workflows, versioning, and operational rigour Experience coordinating expert review with clinicians, lawyers, or similar advisors Ability to write structured, self-contained content for AI retrieval. We will teach the framework but you must have the rigour to apply it Genuine curiosity about AI and how systems use content Highly regarded Experience in or adjacent to the Australian health or aged care system Familiarity with Notion, GitHub, or similar structured content tools Experience with AI products, knowledge bases, or conversational AI Lived or professional experience supporting people through complex care or life transitions To Apply Send your CV and a brief cover letter to [email protected].
