This is a temporary, full time (80 hours per week) position, available now. Key responsibilities The Senior Pharmacist Sunbury Community Hospital will lead, coordinate, develop and provide pharmacy services to Sunbury Community Hospital and other oncology services as required. About you To be successful in this role, you: Be able to communicate effectively with organisational members across all levels Show knowledge and understanding of all relevant aspects of pharmacy services, and a demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with AdPha Standards of Practice for Clinical Pharmacy Be committed to continual professional development and the ability to keep abreast of current knowledge and accepted practices Be able to identify improvement opportunities and lead the development of the provision of pharmacy services by undertaking projects and contributing to multidisciplinary working parties/committees Collaborate with medical, nursing and other health professionals to develop and monitor treatment plans, ensuring the best possible therapeutic outcomes Have a commitment to continuous improvements in patient care within cancer services Be able to meet the changing operational demands of the service this includes flexibility with working hours and be able to work across various Western Health sites Click here for the Position Description.
