Depending on experience, you will be managing existing clients and building on the client base already established in the area, via networking and business development. The role will be to manage your own caseload of Trusts & Estate matters as well as assisting more Senior Solicitors with their caseloads and supervising trainees when necessary. In return, you will be given access to high quality work within a wellrespected and established firm and team. The role is fulltime and office based.Key ResponsibilitiesEstate & Trust AdministrationWills & Lasting Powers of AttorneyDrafting of estate & trust accountsUsing online research services & a case management systemAttending clients in the office, or visiting them at hospital or place of residenceQualifications & RequirementsPrevious experience, ideally 2 or 3 years in a busy Trusts & Estates environment is essentialExceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlinesProfessional and attentive telephone manner, coupled with strong interpersonal skillsCapability to handle pressure and effectively prioritise tasks whilst managing a demanding workloadDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
