PrimaryObjective To ensure office and toilet facilities across all (4) Costa Berry FNQ farm sites are maintained in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition on a daily basis. This position is offered on a casual basis, with ongoing hours available throughout the year. We are seeking someone who is committed to a longterm role. What weoffer: All Costa Berries sites are classified as regional for Working Holiday 2nd and 3rd year visa eligibility Acess to clean toilets, drinking water, and free on-site car parking Full training provided for all tasks, supporting work flexibility and consistency Celebration of Cultural Days (occasional BBQs and refreshments) Pay in line with the Costa Berries Enterprise Agreement Free access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for learning, development, and career progression A Diverse and inclusive workplace where you can meet new people and learn about different cultures A values-based organisation Costa has a culture of CARE Sweep, mop, dust, wipe down, and disinfect surfaces; empty bins and replace consumables Clean toilet blocks on all sites (permanent and demountable) daily or as directed Clean offices on all sites daily or as directed Clean all portable toilets and restock consumables across farm sites daily (numbers vary depending on workforce size) Complete Quality Assurance documentation (e.g. cleaning logbooks) to meet auditing requirements Report faults or maintenance issues to your Line Manager Report any concerns related to your role, including safety issues, to your Line Manager Forecast required cleaning supplies and provide visibility to the Logistics and Warehouse Lead Perform other cleaning duties as required or directed by your Line Manager Undertake other reasonable duties as required About You Good communication skills and a strong team player Ability to meet cleaning standards required by Costa Berries Ability to receive constructive feedback and adjust work performance as required Strong work ethic and pride in your work Ability to perform moderate to high physical activity in varying weather conditions Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail Willingness to work weekends if required Please provide: A copy of your passport or Australian birth certificate with photo ID What Is the Next Step?
