About the role At the Northeast Auto Group, we provide our customers with the best possible experience, we have the opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service team. As a Service Advisor your primary focus will be assisting our customers with bookings, ongoing communications throughout their service or repair, invoicing and vehicle collection. Key Responsibilities Maintaining customer bookings calendar and ensure it is always up to date Customer check in Keeping lines of communication open between service team and customers Assisting the service team with all customer facing aspects of the department Answering phones and emails About you We are looking for someone that is a great team player and is dedicated to provide the first class customer service every time.
