Retail Manager Rizins Burgers Dandenong Pty Ltd 132 Walker St, Dandenong VIC 3175 Salary $75,000-$85,000 Full-time, permanent We are looking for an organized and experienced retail manager to join the team. Duties will includes: Manage the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient and profitable performance Drive sales growth by meeting targets, analysing trends, and implementing promotional strategies Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering, stock rotation, and loss prevention Analyse sales reports and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement Develop and implement pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively Ensure high levels of customer service and handle customer complaints Maintain store presentation, including visual merchandising and product displays Liaise with suppliers and manage purchasing of goods Ensure compliance with health, safety, and business regulations Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational costs Meeting monthly and annual sales targets. Oversee POS systems and ensure accurate transaction processing Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirement Multitasking skills, results-driven while keeping the needs of customers a priority. Time management, Cash management, Business reporting, Inventory management and staff management Excellent communication skills. AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar role. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $75,000.00 $85,000.00 per year
