Branch Manager Tiny Homes (Sales + Manufacturing) Own the Victorian Branch - Drive Revenue, Margins & Production Wheelie Rooms is one of Australias fastest-growing builders of premium portable and modular tiny homes. With workshops now operating in both Brisbane and Melbourne, were expanding rapidly and need a strong Branch Manager to take full ownership of our brand-new Cheltenham operation. This is a true leadership role with complete accountability for the branchs results . You will lead both the sales team and workshop production teams to hit revenue and gross margin targets while ensuring every tiny home is built on time, to the highest quality, and dispatched on schedule. About the Role As Branch Manager you will be fully responsible for: Full ownership of the branch budget delivering monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and gross margin targets Driving production output, throughput and efficiency from trailer fabrication through to final dispatch Setting and monitoring weekly sales and production targets Overseeing the complete customer journey from leads and consultations to contracts, logistics and handover Leading expos and trade shows (unit selection, transport, setup and on-site sales) Managing people, quality, WHS, lease compliance, inventory and cost control Preparing monthly reports with variance analysis and KPI dashboards for senior management You will be the Primary Duty Holder for Work Health & Safety and the main point of contact with the landlord for site compliance. About You You are a proven leader with experience managing both sales and production teams. Strong track record in a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Workshop Manager or Senior Foreman role (supervising sales + production teams) Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement and structured sales processes Excellent leadership, communication, conflict-resolution and customer-first skills Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP/MRP systems Highly Regarded Formal qualifications in Frontline Management, WHS, Sales Management or Lean/Six Sigma High-risk work licences (forklift) First Aid/CPR and Fire Warden training Experience coordinating expos and trade shows What We Offer Competitive remuneration package Direct influence on a rapidly growing Victorian operation Handson leadership in a newly established workshop Supportive headoffice team If you thrive on accountability, love hitting both financial and production targets, and want to build something real in Melbournes tiny home market this is the role for you.
