Key Responsibilities Oversee centre setup, pre-opening and daily operations Recruit, onboard and lead a high performing team of educators Build a strong, positive and values-driven centre culture Drive enrolments and build occupancy from opening Establish strong relationships with families and the local community Ensure compliance with Regulations and National Quality Standards Maintain a safe, inclusive and high quality learning environment Lead continuous improvement and quality uplift initiatives Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a successful launch About You Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager or senior leadership role Previous experience in a new centre start up highly regarded Strong leadership, organisational and operational capabilityIn depth knowledge of Childrens Services Regulations and National Quality Standards Proven ability to build, mentor and retain teams Confident in driving enrolments and community engagement Excellent communication and relationship building skills Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification Current Working with Children Check and Police Check Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing Building Trust Empowering Excellence Connecting Communities We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and culturally respectful environment for all children and families.
