To support the business growth strategy, we are now building a new plant in Nambeelup, WA (12km from Mandurah and 60 km South of Perth).The OpportunityWe are excited to announce that applications are now open for the position of Sanitation Manager at our brand-new WA bakery scheduled to launch at the beginning of 2026.Reporting to the Plant Manager WA, this key role will lead the Sanitation function, ensuring hygiene standards at the site meet the highest levels of food safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence.As a handson leader, youll be responsible for managing sanitation systems, maintaining compliance records, scheduling resources, and driving team performance, training and development.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage the site Sanitation Program ensuring that equipment and facility sanitation is performed in a safe, sanitary and efficient manner.Review sanitation needs with Department Managers to prevent scheduling conflicts.Implement an effective Pest Control Program, Waste Management and Environmental Program adhering to Company and Regulatory standards.Schedule and manage additional cleaning requirements for adequate facility cleanliness.Ensure correct cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals are available and maintained to company standards.Responsible for the training and development necessary to maintain a knowledgeable, experienced and productive Site Sanitation team.
