Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth checkin/checkout Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately Provide information about hotel services and local attractions Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment Participate in training and team meetings What Youll Bring: Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with hotel systems and procedures Ability to collaborate across departments Detailoriented and accurate in transactions Adaptable and open to continuous learning Knowledge of WH&S and operational policies How You Work: Daymaker ethos no ones too big for the small things.
