We offer accommodation, counselling, support, behavioural programs, and advice to women and children at risk of, experiencing or escaping family violence. Our services focus on prevention, restoration, and healing to provide specialised support to address immediate safety issues and provide advice, referrals, and connection to assist the recovery journey.**About the role**As a **Senior Specialist Family Violence Practitioner,** this is your opportunity to deliver assessments, individual support, and group programs for men who use family violence while maintaining high-quality documentation and practice standards. A core focus of the role is ensuring the safety of women and children through ongoing risk assessment and coordinated interventions.The Salvation Army Inner Gippsland Family Violence Integrated Mens Services (IMS) provides support and intervention to men who have perpetrated family violence. Our response upholds the principles found within our Family Violence Model of Care.
