At CPP, our Civil Engineers design and deliver critical infrastructure for Australias power transmission network. The CPP Charles Wright Graduate Program offers handson experience in HV substation and grid connection engineering, including civil design, structural analysis, project management, and commissioning. Over two years, youll rotate across disciplines, gaining exposure to the full project lifecyclefrom design to construction. Under the mentorship of experienced engineers, youll contribute to major HV projects, including substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Wind Farms, working on detailed design, technical analysis, project documentation, tender preparation, and onsite commissioning. About You Desired Skills and Experience To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or studying your final year) preferably within the last 4 years Must be studying your undergraduate degree at an Australian University A great attitude with a proactive mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
