The role includes researching and implementing system enhancements, delivering technical support and training to all users, and maintaining the security and integrity of educational and administrative data.The suitable applicants would work collaboratively with the Department of Educations Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Support team to resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and will contribute to broader support networks to improve system reliability and user experience.
