At CMV, it is our firm belief that our people are our most important assets.About the RoleWe are currently seeking Casual Harvest Operators to commence work on our Pistachio orchard in Robinvale, Victoria. You will be operating machinery and undertaking other manual harvest tasks as requested. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and Property Manager.The successful candidates will:A strong understanding of WHS principalsPrevious machinery operation experienceDemonstrate mechanical aptitudeBe able to work independently and cooperate well in a team environmentBenefitsModern machinerySafe working environment with a strong safety ethosAbove Award pay ratesOnsite trainingPrevious experience working as a harvest and/or machine operator with the ability to maintain and service the machinery being operated is preferred but not essential.
