About The Opportunity Are you organised, detailoriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? Our Medical Reception team in Bowral supports a wide variety of patients, speaking with our doctors and referrers over the phone, as well as managing phone and computer bookings. We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our clinic on a permanent parttime basis. You will be required to work between the Bowral and Tahmoor clinics. As a Medical Receptionist, You Will Be the first point of contact for patients, handling facetoface and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries. Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing. Operate our booking system efficiently. Assist with backoffice activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager. About You Flexibility in working hours. Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care. Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service. Adaptability to various databases and systems. Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
