Due to our increasing workload we are seeking experienced drivers based at our Bairnsdale Depot for the following position: Based at Bairnsdale Challenging but rewarding permanent role Great opportunity for lifestyle change Secure parking High base rates with overtime and allowances Growing business Additional training offered by our fulltime driver trainer Minimal lifting due to the use of electric pallet jacks Training offered to suitable candidates Reporting to the Operations Manager, successful applicants must have: A current minimum HC/MC licence (ideally with 12 months experience). A proven safe driving record. A safe work ethic. Good communication and customer service skills. Forklift licence would be an advantage. Experience in operating refrigerated vehicles. Ability to load and unload vehicles with electric pallet jacks. Ability to work alone and unassisted. Willingness to complete required inductions online. Be prepared to share a prime mover. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a preemployment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, supply Vic Roads driving summaries and complete and pass an online company induction.
